WEIGHT/STRENGTH TRAINING
HHA will help you build strength and muscle, while educating you on what you are doing and why it works. Our resistance-based classes are broken into levels based on ability/ knowledge. HHA trainers and coaches will offer everything from Intro to Strength Training to Competitive-Based trainings. We utilize all equipment from resistance bands to squat/deadlifting racks.
SPEED/AGILITY TRAINING
Speed and Agility classes concentrate primarily on getting athletes to reach their max velocity while staying in control of their bodies. Coaches will demonstrate and teach drills athletes can work on during class and also take home to practice between trainings.
SPORT-SPECIFIC TRANING
No matter what sport you are looking to improve in, the HHA Coaches will have an area of expertise when it comes to sports trainings. We offering specific trainings based on sports/ positions. Look out for those to post this winter.
HAND-EYE TRAINING
Hand-eye coordination classes will be perfect for athletes of all ages and abilities. Trainers and coaches will demonstrate the proper way to put all three things together: Hands, Eyes, and Feet. Drills during these classes will consist of equipment at The Lab along with household items athletes can use to practice at home. These classes are geared for all sports and athletes.
FLEXIBILITY
These classes are offered to groups of all ages. Trainers will demonstrate and help clients perform exercises in the field of stretching and flexibility. Clients and athletes will be able to take lessons home and apply them to their everyday routine.
GROUP TRAINING
Let us train you and your teammates!!! During these private, informative sessions, groups of 4-10 participants gather at The Lab to train as a team. These sessions are offered for all types of training classes.
ADULT TRAINING
Adult trainings will consist of group, personal, or open lab times. We will offer classes specific to our female/male members.
